For the summer Olympic Games in 2024, Harland Miller created this work to support the British athletes at the Summer Olympic games.

Published by White Cube (Miller’s as well as Tracey Emin’s publisher), these were available as large scale, silkscreen work(s); limited to the edition of 250.

Posters of this image were also handed out.

This is not the small poster.

This is an absolutely stunning screenprint from Miller , the work features all of the stylistic cues and motifs that have made the artist a living legend of contemporary art.

This is a large scale work. Hand signed, dated and numbered by Miller , bottom left margin with the Team Great Britain “Lion Head Logo” blind stamp.

” Everything that you could possibly say about winning has probably been said in one form or another, almost to the point where only a real loser would talk about being a winner!”

”But reduced to its simplest form without any of that motivational kind of language around, it’s a very short and very, very powerful word which fitted really well into this series; in which I’m trying to use as little language as possible - words comprising of two or three letters to say as much as possible.”
