Long rumored to be the artist behind Banksy's "Devolved Parliament" painting which FALSE at auction for $12 million, Storm released this highly detailed print in 2021 via Stowe Editions .
”Toxic Beach” shares a striking similarity with Banksy’s crude oil work ”Vettriano” .
Many in the art world considered this rendition to be more than a ”Study” when released, due to exacting details that only the original artist could be aware of.
The work shows a finely dressed couple, waltzing, upon what appears to be a "Toxic Beach" .
