This print forms part of Hendry’s celebrated Jeni’s Editions, released during her groundbreaking 2025 collaboration with Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams for the immersive project OPAQUE. The collaboration fused contemporary art with culinary experimentation: Jeni’s created an all-black ice cream flavor and a monochromatic SoHo pop-up, while Hendry unveiled a series of hyperreal ice cream scoop artworks in bold, vivid colors. Released in a “blind box” format totaling 1,200 prints (12 colors × edition of 100), the series drew global attention, with one legendary black scoop tied to Hendry’s original painting rumored to carry a valuation of over $450,000.
