This example is hand signed in graphite in the lower right margin and hand numbered in the lower left. The work has never been previously framed and is currently being prepared to full museum archival standard for long-term conservation and immediate installation.*

*Stik is one of the most important and culturally significant artists to emerge from the London street art movement. Rising from a background of homelessness to become an internationally exhibited and institutionally collected figure, his practice is rooted in human connection, social justice, and public space. With a visual language distilled to the absolute minimum — six lines and two dots — Stik achieves a level of emotional depth that few contemporary artists can match. His work is held in major public collections and permanently installed across global cities, functioning not simply as images but as acts of community engagement and advocacy.*

*“Sleeping Baby” was created in direct support of the NHS in 2013 when the National Health Service faced severe funding challenges. The image — a quietly resting child rendered in Stik’s instantly recognizable linear form — operates as a universal symbol of protection, vulnerability, and collective care. The composition’s stillness carries enormous emotional weight, transforming the artist’s reductive vocabulary into a profound statement on humanity, public health, and mutual responsibility.*
