*”Share”* **was a departure from his prior release (at the time): *”Separated”*.**

**While *”Separated”* was filled with melancholy (the work showed *KAWS’* iconic *”companion”* sitting, legs crossed, head in hands), full of grief and loss, struggling to make sense of a senseless world— *”Share”* took his work in (while not entirely) a different direction, nonetheless.**

*”Share”*, **once again, shows his iconic character *”Companion”* clutching at a miniature version of one of the artist’s other reoccurring characters *”BFF”*.**

**In *”Share”*, *”Companion”* apprehensively clutches at *”BFF”*. 

**While the grief and melancholy seen in *”Separated”* have all but disappeared, there is still a sense of pensive uncertainty— perhaps reflective of the thoughts and feelings of society as a whole at this point in time, in the world.**

**While *”Companion”*; his gray color seems to blend in with the Grey, Stonehenge Paper the work is printed on; *”BFF”* is drawn in a contrasting shade of bright pink, perhaps a spot of hope in an otherwise bland and hopeless time.**

The work is still in the original flat pack as it was received from KAWSONE. Opened once to inspect the work. The print is flawless.
