In 2022, legendary, British street artist Ben Eine (never one to shy away from a good old fashioned street art quarrel) released 100 of these prints for free on his website.
The works were quickly claimed and immediately after the site crashed for the remainder of the day.
Eine released these after another artist released a print that read ”Amsterdam” (copying his iconic, circus font).
Upon learning of said release; Eine , encouraged his collectors to tag said artist (and publisher) with the hashtag #ripoff.
The response was overwhelming and Eine released these a short time later as a thank you to his collectors:
The work is signed and dated, bottom right. From an unnumbered edition of 100.
These are extremely hard to find.
