In 2020 Stowe editions released a print by a little known artist “Mason Storm”.

The print was the left side of Banksy’s famous/infamous “Devolved parliament” ( a work that FALSE for many times it’s high estimate at Sotheby’s — hammer price £10 million).

The work was so detailed — more than a mere “study” many would go on to claim.

As there were always rumors of a “Ghost artist” who had painted devolved parliament (Banksy always sprayed in stencil, naturally questions were raised as if “Storm” was the original artist behind “Devolved Parliament”).

In 2022 Stowe editions released an edition of 500, of the right hand side of “Devolved Parliament”.

This print, gifted to the current owner by the publisher is an embellished test proof— Marked as “AP” (artist proof). It is highly hand embellished and incredibly detailed. Amazing piece.
