Released in 2017, ”King of Rock” is a LARGE SCALE (50 inches by 38 inches), hand pulled, 9 colour screen print by Mr. Brainwash.
Released as an extremely small edition of 50 screenprints (gold variant), this is an MBW work you rarely see.
In person the work is quite stunning; a portrait of a young Elvis Presley, intertwined with a map of his home state (Tennessee), complimented with various touches of gold.
While viewing this striking work, one cannot help but realize this is a portrait that even ”The King” , himself, would approve of.
The work has been hand signed by the artist in pencil, hand numbered from the edition with the artist’s fingerprint stamped en verso (on the back).
This piece would be complimented wonderfully by a swept gold frame, paired with archival glass for UV protection.
