In 2013, for what would become the Yeezus tour, Kanye West asked fellow California Native and artist Wes Lang to design the tour merchandise.

For rapper, fashion designer and entrepreneur Kanye West, this proved a wise decision.

For (what would become) a concert tour of almost mythic proportion, Lang designed a broad merchandise catalog featuring skeletons clad in the Confederate flag, skulls wreathed in roses, Indian headdresses, and more.

Lang's intention with the Yeezus merchandise was to create concert tees as well as other items and souvenirs that people want to hold on to forever, because they're just as memorable and awesome as the show itself.

Kanye's fans promptly turned them into collector's items, proving that they will stand the test of time and become legendary, vintage pieces.

Perhaps the most coveted of the items Lang designed for West was this VIP LITHOGRAPH.

A lithograph in colors; hand numbered by the artist from the edition, in black ink, bottom right margin. The lithograph displays some of Lang’s signature stylistic motifs (a skull with roses, flying humming birds) atop the image; ”Yeezus” in the distinctive font that was used for the album and the tour.

Lang and West have gone on to collaborate on the occasion of other events, although, none have proven to be as prolific as the Yeezus collaboration.

These works have become incredibly hard to find. Many were damaged backstage or in transport. This specific work is in nearly flawless condition. The work has never been framed and will be accompanied with a certificate of authenticity from APC ART.
