”Flowers in a Basket” is an iconic work from Takashi Murakami.
The work was published in late 2024 by Murakami’s in house publisher KAIKAI KIKI LTD.
This piece is absolutely stunning; consisting of many of the stylistic motifs that have made Takashi Murakami a living legend of contemporary art, after once glance, it is quite apparent this is a work executed by the modern master.
As is the case with most Murakami editions, this print is a lithographic, finished with a thick layer of silkscreen varnish which makes the work have an almost iridescent quality to it.
The work is hand signed by Murakami in silver marker. Murakami has also hand numbered the print from the edition of 300.
This is an excellent investment work that will be a welcomed addition to any contemporary art collection.
