“Community” (Black Variant) is an electrifying composition that exemplifies the artist’s signature fusion of abstract line work, dynamic color fields, and cultural symbolism. Released in 2018 in an extremely limited edition, this variant remains one of the most coveted modern releases from the artist’s prolific career.

Futura first emerged on the New York graffiti scene in the early 1980s, quickly distinguishing himself from his peers with an abstract, almost cosmic approach to letterforms and composition. His unique visual language moved beyond traditional graffiti, influencing not only the evolution of street art but also crossing over into the worlds of fine art, design, and fashion.
