The work is **hand signed** by the artist in black ink (lower right), and **hand numbered 2/50** (lower left inside the publisher’s blind stamp). Published by **1xRUN** in 2020, this edition was limited to **only 50 works**, all of which sold out instantly.

“Black to the Future” stands as one of Moore’s most coveted editions — a visual declaration of empowerment, futurism, and identity. With bold design elements referencing pop culture and retro iconography, the piece challenges representation in mainstream media and repositions the Black figure as the hero of the future. The die-cut silhouette intensifies the work’s dimensionality, making it visually striking when framed and displayed.

B. Robert Moore has become one of the fastest-rising voices in contemporary art — transitioning from street-level anonymity into museum recognition in just a few short years. His first major **museum exhibition at the Des Moines Art Center** was achieved remarkably early in his career — a milestone that takes many artists decades. His work centers on *Black joy, growth, healing, fatherhood,* and reclaiming space in culture, making his message resonate deeply within today’s global collector community.

His collector base includes **athletes, musicians, cultural leaders, and serious art investors**, and demand for his work continues to accelerate — often seeing his most important editions disappear permanently into prominent private collections. *Black to the Future* in particular is considered a **key work** in Moore’s oeuvre and rarely surfaces on the secondary market.

It is important to note: **we work closely with both the artist and the publisher** — and **neither** have *any* remaining examples of this edition in their vaults or flat files. This is a true once-in-years opportunity.

The work is in **mint condition**, has **never been framed**, and is accompanied by the **original Certificate of Authenticity**, hand signed by both the artist and the publisher. It has been preserved flat with archival materials since its release.
