Absolutely iconic, extremely difficult to find RETNA work.

”Agua Sucia,” published in 2012, from an edition of only ten works, is an absolutely iconic work from the enigmatic artist RETNA.

This work was published during the pinnacle of Retna’s artistry.

The etching presents the artist’s delicately arranged calligraphy (which he refers to as “Margraves”) in darks shades set against a backdrop of lightly colored wove paper.

The work is hand signed, titled as well as numbered (from the edition of ten) by RETNA .

These works are incredibly hard to come across, as RETNA personally kept most of the edition.

The work has never been framed and measures 17” x 14”.

The work is in truly excellent condition, an absolutely stunning example of RETNA’S artistry.

This work will look incredible framed; basic framed dimensions of the work will be approx. 25” X 22”.

Most of Retna’s works are extremely large.
