*The complete set consists of screenprints in color executed directly onto authentic New York Times newspapers, accompanied by the incredibly rare original cover sheet hand signed by the artist in black ink and stamped November 30th, 2021.*

*Published in an edition of 10,000 copies by Saint Laurent Rive Droite, complete examples such as this are extraordinarily difficult to locate today — especially signed examples retaining the seldom seen original cover sheet and Saint Laurent presentation bag.*

*This set has been stored flat to archival standard for the last five and a half years and presents beautifully.*

*Sho Shibuya’s “Sunrise From a Small Window” series became one of the defining visual meditations of the pandemic era.*

*Created daily from the artist’s apartment in Brooklyn during periods of lockdown and social upheaval, the works transformed front pages of The New York Times into quiet atmospheric abstractions layered over headlines documenting some of the most turbulent moments in modern history.*
